FIFA President Joseph S. Blatter and FIFA Chief Medical Officer Jiri Dvorak announced a forward-looking partnership with ETH Technical University at Zurich that will focus on maintaining player health.
Blatter officially endowed a Chair in Cartilage Regeneration at the school and also discussed the sudden death of 25-year-old Italian player Piermario Morosini.
