Managing change is tough. When it comes to technology, programs and devices are only effective if clinicians use them and adopt them into their workflows. The big question is, "How do CIOs manage a culture shift successfully?".

Good project managers must act effectively to ensure project success, avoid the loss of valued employees, and minimize the negative impact of the change on productivity and a company's customers.

Changes to services and organisations can often be difficult, especially for nurses and doctors. Top down change can feel threatening and destabilising.
